i had such a blast here with my friends! the location was stellar. it's near everything you need, like shops and the beach. the apartments were a nice size and super clean, totally what we needed. also, the staff was efficient.
The pool water was really cold. It took a bit to get used to.

the location was excellent and the outdoor space was really good.
check-in staff seemed rude. he assumed i didn't speak spanish when i started in english. there was no patience when explaining things, like the €150 deposit. the sauna wasn't working too.

The poolside area had a dirty feel. Bins overflowed, and rubbish blew around. No one did anything about it. Many sun loungers are broken.

The apartments are spacious and clean. the location is fantastic. one pool was slightly heated and good for kids. staff were lovely. The receptionist provided helpful directions. staff helped with a family photo. i would definitely return.

The on-site supermarket was well stocked and offered reasonable prices.
The bathroom was substandard , with mould visibly present. I informed reception , but the response was slow, and the resolution only involved painting over the affected area rather than addressing the root cause.

I loved the convenience of the onsite shop. It had all the necessities. more. The two large swimming pools were great, alongside a dedicated kids pool and water slides. The apartments provided ample space and were very nice. Reception and night staff were helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
